Please be especially careful when providing delivery details. The more information you can provide the better. If an incorrect address has been supplied, a redirection and refreshment fees, usually between $15 to $30 AUD will apply. Time of the delivery to the correct address will\u00a0 then be dependent on the time of day we receive the correct information.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by Mont Albert Florist<\/strong> twenty four (24) hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value.<\/p>

Please note#<\/strong> that we are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are dispatched with one of our couriers.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

If you need to make changes to your order, please notify us immediately, by email or direct phone call. A different delivery fee will apply should you wish to redirect your order to a different address. Be advised that successful redirection for same day delivery will be dependent on the time of day your change has been made.<\/p>

Regretfully, once delivery has been made at the original address provided, we cannot resend the same item to a new address. Once your order is en route for delivery, changes like card message spelling or content, cannot be made.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Yes we do. Same-day orders must be placed before 12PM on weekdays or 10AM on Saturday. We are closed on Sunday ( except for on Mother\u2019s Day if it falls on a Sunday ) and public holidays.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Yes, our minimum amount for online order delivery for a floral arrangement is $50 (not including delivery fee).\u00a0<\/p>

Our #1 goal is to have your flowers delivered as quickly as possible. Our delivery time frame is between 1pm \u2013 7pm, as routes\/traffic vary each day. Trust us it will be there before 7 PM\u00a0<\/span>\"\ud83d\ude42\"<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
